Lodging Information Update w/ prices Rate Topic:

Are we gonna shoot for the same hotel we had last year? If so, i'm totally down. If whom ever is interested in 100% attenting this year, please let me know and i'll see if i can get a group rate this far out. I believe we stayed at a Hotel 8 or something out off 78 or 80 or something like that it was about a 30 min ride to carlisle, or 15 round trip depending on which vehicle you were in. :rofl:

OK I just got off the phone with Erica at the Best Western. She tentatively entered in our club for group rates. We have to have atleast 10 rooms to get a block off and to get the rates. All rates are per night, and if you are interested its under ASEClub already. Cut off is 06/11/08
opt. A. 2Qn Bd 74.00

opt. B. 1 Kng Bd. 74.00

opt. C. Suites. 1 Kng w/ Jacuzzi 80.00

opt D. 1 Kng 1 Pull out Couch w. Jacuzzi 90.00

Last year we stayed at the Best Western Hershey/Harrisburg. I'll be there again this year.

As I told you in IM the other day, Dave - I am out for the "group" hotel this year, as I will have the kids, and my ex already gives me enough drama about them going to a "big bad car show"

I can't have them around people who drink because of court and stuff - sorry guys... we will see y'all at the show field.
