QUOTE(man2machine @ Jul 24 2007, 12:28 AM) Sounds good. What's the HP now... have ya had it on a dyno? m2m We made 400/400 and we let out of it on the dyno becuase it ran out of fuel the last time...That was at like 4000rpms... After I get back from TDY in Mid August it will be put back up on the dyno and get some numbers with all my goodies installed...I still have quite a bit of other toys left in my bedroom for it... Tuner is guessing 425rwhp/430rwtq on a very conservativ e tune... With the built engine that is going in at the end of the year i should see upwards of 700rwhp... It put down 433rwhp/411fttq on a conservative tune on 93...
Theres alot of timing left in the car and quite a bit more power...But for a DD it is fine for me...For now... Until the built block, heads, and cams go in...Should see about 600rwhp+/600rwtq+ for a DD I think thats a goodtime... |

I dig the Slow 02 plate, I feel bad for anyone that challenges.

I just want get my racing seats and roll bar in it so I can drive it...
Maybe blast a few 11 second 1/4 mile runs and shoot for 10's next year with the built block, heads, and cams... The plate gets alot of people...Mainly corvette fanboys... |

I also ordered my hunsaker seats last night so when they get here my interior is done... Got the bung welded on my boost pipe and also reinstalled my IAT in the intercooler piping now... So hopefully I can have this car back up and running for the first time in over 2 months...lol Im excited... |

Your car's progress is awesome Chris!
I like the rear seat delete. I thought about doing something similar to that too. I'll just have to make a special area for the carseat. lol |

Maxed my fuel system... Gotta install a new pump today... 255lph just wont cut it anymore... (IMG:http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a387/kingalaobe/Car%20Pics/Dyno%20Runs/th_CIMG4543.jpg) It was still pulling when we ran out of fuel at the top... Mustang I thought this was an avenger forum It is, but you know that we have folks who have previously owned, but now own other cars like, Mustangs, Acuras, DSMs, Neons, Cavaliers, etc. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon_wink.gif)

nice, not a fan of stangs, but urs is an exception, looks nice. did u get a lip welded on the IC pipes? idk how much psi ur running but i definatly recomend either having a lip rolled, or welding a lip on the ic pipe ends..once u start blowing off IC pipes, it will get annoying fixing them over and over again, no to mention the races lost (sadly speaking from experiance lol)..and no amount of t-bolt clamps will save you lol.

no numbers? Mustang I thought this was an avenger forum Real nice mustang! So what did you get from the dyno? It made 382/381 on a Mustang Dyno which is a tuning dyno...On a dynojet which most cars dyno on it will make about 412rwhp/411rwtq...Which is not bad a for a daily driven car...With 50K on the clock...Havent even touched the internals, heads cams yet...Blower also has 20#'s still on the table for me to grow into...Car weighs something like 3200#'s with me in it... It is, but you know that we have folks who have previously owned, but now own other cars like, Mustangs, Acuras, DSMs, Neons, Cavaliers, etc. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon_wink.gif) Exactly...I had a 98 Dodge Avenger back in 2003 and sold it in 2005... nice, not a fan of stangs, but urs is an exception, looks nice. did u get a lip welded on the IC pipes? idk how much psi ur running but i definatly recomend either having a lip rolled, or welding a lip on the ic pipe ends..once u start blowing off IC pipes, it will get annoying fixing them over and over again, no to mention the races lost (sadly speaking from experiance lol)..and no amount of t-bolt clamps will save you lol. Right now the car is at 10#'s... Im actually getting rid of all but 6 of the couplers as I am going to fab up my own hardpipes...Right now the pipes are holding with the t-bolts but next spring it will be hardpiped... Where do you guys buy your couplers at? |
