If whom ever is interested in 100% attenting this year, please let me know and i'll see if i can get a group rate this far out. I believe we stayed at a Hotel 8 or something out off 78 or 80 or something like that it was about a 30 min ride to carlisle, or 15 round trip depending on which vehicle you were in.

how many people are actually confirmed at the hotel? which leads me to say this. How many poeple are actually registered at carlisle? meaning will we have a good spot? I know its 100+ days out but still i'm attempting to have stuff organized.

I'm not reserved at the hotel or registered for the field yet. Working on getting my venge back on the road this week though so hopefully I'll bring something I can register.

Just a side thought -

In no way am I advocating this. However if we want to switch the "main" hotel I have one in mind to switch it to. Right now I'm staying at the Holiday Inn at Mechanicsburg on the Carlisle Pike. I've got to say it's the best customer service I've ever had, the rooms are nice and everyone speaks English.

If not, the place we stayed at last year it cool as well. They were a good staff too. Only benefit of the Holiday Inn is that it's like 17 miles closer to the fairgrounds.

Doesnt sound bad to me, but I'm down for where ever. I hope I dont kill my back again this year right before carlisle lol.

FYI: Holiday Inn Mechanicsburg - rooms are $153/night for 1K, 1Q or 2DBL - $136 if you pre-pay.

Right now I'm paying 90.00 a night since there's no shows.

Still a very nice hotel though.

i'm still staying where we did last year. If anyone else wants to change speak now. that way if people want ot change or don't want to i know "IF" we should do the trophie thing like last year. Or I guess we could do it at the show. But these things are good to know in advance.
