what type of deisgn are we gonna have for this year? are we gonna shoot for something the same design or do we want to have a couple people make designs and vote on it? lets try to get this together soon so that way i can see about gettin shirts made.


Other info is the Wife and I will be in charge of food and stuff this year with a little help from others. We'll take any hepl that anyone else wants to add. but as far as meals i think we're gonna try the chilli option that we did last year. Everyone seemed to like it, so we'll do it again.

Things that were a PITA last year were cleaning pots after cooking and prepping food in the rooms. The hotel we stayed at had a kitchen, so we should see if we can get access to it.

Like I told ya in PM Dave give me a little notice if you need me to do the shirts again. I can get a similar price as last year but can't guarantee the exact same. (damn inflation)

Naw that's a different guy. The prices are pretty comparable. Like I mentioned Dave can run with this if he wants to. I have no problem with it. I think his guy might be cheaper if I remember right.

yea i can run with it, i just need someone to hold my hand and walk me thru some stuff. other then that with my schedule i should be able to get stuff done.

Well the way it's normally done is there's usually a screen setup for each side of the shirt. If you do more than one color per side there's more screens. So if we're going to do a shirt like in the past it'll be two screens because it was front/back 1 color.

White shirts are the cheapest. If you go over 2xl there's in size they're like a buck extra. That's pretty much all there is too it.

we can go white shirts, but they also said that we can get Light colors, which gray falls under that so is we want to change it up a bit and go gray we can do that.

wasn't aware that he did them besides unless hes comin to carlisle this year or he's dropping them with someone who is. I didn't want to add shipping to the cost, when i have the place i got the quote from in walking distance from me either way i'm just lookin for the most cost effective place.
