Ok, we have a choice here....

we can do this a few ways -

#1 - I can try to find a way to get a grill to the fairgrounds - and it can be for open use. I will not provide the food for everyone, because I dont have time to run around before the show figuring out the costs of everything.

#2 - we can eat lunch at the fairgrounds from the vendors, and work out something for dinner at the hotel.

- I can see if we can get the conference room for dinner both nights, or even we can do it in the hotel lot - and have everyone chip in for pizza one night and get a group rate, and have somewhere else (I looked into KFC last year) do the other night.

I do not have a truck. I can not guarantee #1 - but I am working on it.

Let me know what you guys (THE ONES WHO ARE ACTUALLY SHOWING UP ONLY) think about this, and i will try to make plans.

Grilling is pretty easy to do - the hotdogs I've bought every year are available at the grocery store near the fairgrounds. If you need help planning, I have all my notes from the last two years.

With as few people coming, I'm of the thought that it might not be worth the effort at the show itself.

My suggestion is just take up a collection at the hotel and go shopping. Plenty of stores around that area.

We can sign up under allpars tent for food and such - please go here for info:

I think we may still do our own tshirts, and may still do our own awards - but since there was such a lack of response as far as food and stuff - this is our best option.

*KEEP IN MIND* Dave from Allpar has been nice enough to do this for us - as well as extend his cutoff date till July 1st. If you dont sign up before that, dont cry to me when you are paying out the ass for food at the show.

If you registered a car, the cost is $6 per person, if not, the cost is $11 per person. IF your car is registered under Allpar for the show!

FYI - the food is for saturday only.
